sawdust carbonization stove

Introduction:

This is our new desin in our factory, it can directy carbonize the small size like the sawdust, biomass. The sawdust inside the stove is carbonized under the condition of little oxygen, the charring tempreture can reach 450degree centigrade.

Raw material:

All sorts of agro-forest waste, such as wood log, wasted wood, old furnature, tree branch, crop stalk, etc.

Size required:1-5mm sawdust

Moisture of raw material:8-12%

If the raw material is larger than 1-5mm, please pre-crush it first, if the crushed raw material is wet, dry it to 8-12% moisture content. We supply the whole production line.

Sawdust carbonization stove working principle:

Firstly, use the sieve to screen sawdust with different size to eliminate bigger impurity.

Then, dry the sieved sawdust if the moisture content is larger than 8%-12%.

Finally, put the raw material into the sawdust carbonization stove to charring it. The raw material will be carbonized four times in the stove, for there are four tubes equiped with the stove, as the follow picture:

usage of carbonized charcoal powder:

The finished product can be used for firwork making ,mosquito-repellent incense industry and charcoal briquette extruding,chemical ,medical and so on.
