Working principle of sawdust air-flow dryer:

The hot airflow is produces through the blower, the wet materials and hot air are mixed, at last, the materials and moisture are seperated through the separator-cyclone, and reach to the drying efficience

Operation steps of air-flow dryer system:

1. air-flow dryer opening the blower, checking the rotation direction of blower, and pay more attention if the inlet has the nomal suction.

2. air-flow dryer checking the every flange end, see if air leak.

3. air-flow dryer inputing the wet materials to inlet, plz pay more attention the materials should be very small, it is best the size is less than 5mm, the smaller the better.

4. air-flow dryer inputing the fuels to the burner, the tempeture of hot air is about 150°C, the wet materials begin to dry.
