1.Application Range and Performance Characteristics

1.1 SZLH series pellet mill is Ring Type pellet mill, which is applied to both

wood pellet making and feed pellet making.

1.2 The structure of this machine is compact and has beautiful shape, convenient

for installation, operation and maintenance, as well as reliable work.

1.3 we can make different pore diameter ring die according to the customer, moreover,

the customer can select at will according to their own different requirements.

1.4 This machine adopts feeding by frequency control and axial steam jet device,

which has king-size conditioner with full-access door clean up manner and equip with

discharge out of the machine.ferromagnetic security & overload protection device and

anchor ear ring die. There is imported bearing, transiommion force of serpentine steel

flex coupling and so on in the wheelbox.

2.Main Structure and Working Principal of CE approved 1-25t/h pellet mill machine

2.1 Main Structure

This machine is made up of three layers from the top feeding adjustment system,

conditione(1 layer or 2) and main drive pelletizing system. Conditioner is only needed

when making feed pellet.

2.2 Working Principal

The working process is as follows. The mixed powder that moisture content is

less than 15% goes into the feeding screw from the hopper and obtains suitable materials

amount through adjusting speed of continuously viable motor. Then the mixed powder

goes into the conditioner. In the conditioner, powder materials are mixed by stirring rod

and modulated with steam. If it is needed to add honey or oil, they are also modulated

with steam from the cylinder(oil adding amount is less than 3%, or it will be difficult to

shape). After modulating, the temperature of mixed powder can be 64-85°C, humidity

can be 14-16%. The materials after modulating goes into the chute. Removal the iron

impurity in the powder materials through iron remover. Finally, the powder materials are

pelletized in the pressing room.
