LS Series Screw Conveyor

Introduction

A screw conveyor is a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade within a tube to move liquid or granular material. It adopts the head and tail bearing moving to outside of the shell, with sliding hanging bearing, dust-proof seal device.

Applications

♦Applicable IndustryScrew machine is widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, machinery, and light industry, food and food industry.

♦Applicable Material

–LS screw conveyor mainly convey powder, granular and small block materials, such as cement, coal, grain,chemicals, fertilizer, ash, sand, etc.

–The material temperature should not exceed 200 °C.

–The screw machine should not transport materials which is perishable, viscous and caking, becasuse these materials will be bonding in the screw in the transportation, and rotate with the screw, but won't move forward, it will form contragradation at the plot bearing so that the machine could not work properly.

♦Work temperature should be between -20 °C ~ 50 °C. It allows to slightly tilt, but the maximum tilt angle should not exceed 20º.
