Thermo Forming Automat for plastic coffee capsules

· The capsules are formed by heating and extruding a hard plastic material like - PVC, PS or PP

· 6 capsules are formed on 1 machine cycle

· The capsule can contain up to 10 grams of roasted coffee. The coffee is dosed by axial shifting device controlled by step motors and controller.

· The filled capsules are sealed by aluminum foil. A marker spot over the aluminum film is giving the start and stop signal on each machine cycle.

· The pneumatic press is cutting the sealed capsules and pass them to and output platform. The plastic film waste is collected on separated roll

· All processes can be monitored and controlled via the LCD touch panel. Statistical data for the machine performance is stored in the system memory and can be visualized.

The prepared coffee capsules are ready for use in espresso coffee makers using capsules with the same shape
