Patent product introduction

Our research and development team applied for the new utility patent of the egg incubator in October 2012 to fill a gap of the incubator industry.

There must be several holes on the original incubator part where will be set up the fan and heating equipment to let new air in. The fan rotates sucking cold air in through the holes and blows cold air to the other end of the heated tube. And the hot air discharged out via the holes. So the heating pipe must heat frequently in order to maintain the temperature inside the incubator. And the temperature inside is uneven: temperature near the heating tube is higher, temperature near the holes is lower. That reduces the hatchability greatly.

Our new patent product adopts new fan installed on the top of the hatching machine. There is a duct beside the air outlet and a PTC heating element installed in the duct. The hot air will be sent to the bottom directly. The hot air rises and be sucked in by the new fan. Then the hot air will be heated and sent to the bottom again. So the hot wind is formed into a circulation with no corners left. Temperature from top to bottom is even. The heating elements will not start frequently under the control of the microcomputer and that makes the incubator very energy-efficient.

In general our new patent product is an upgrading result of the existing incubator products with low noise, high efficiency, even temperature and high hatching rate.

advantages

1.The first great advantage is that there is no dead angle of the temperature within the machine which means eggs can be heated evenly. The difference of temperature from top to bottom is below 1 centigrade. The shell is even and the hatching rate can be 99% which is improved by more than 10%.

2.Second, the fan is not the traditional one with blade so people and hatched animals can not be harmed.

3.The third advantage is energy-efficient. The power needed by the special fan is only 14 watt (while others' products in the market need 70-100 watt generally).Power of Heating and humidifying does not change. But the total power has been reduced greatly.

4.The last but not least, the noise is about 35 db which is quite low.
