BTGF-80A/B/G High-speed series auto filling and sealing machine

BTGF- 80high-speed is similar toBTGF-50model,but It have two filling head and sealing head,so it is characteristics with filling and sealing in high speed , can save much time and labour.

1.This equipment is highly automatic, which can automatically load tubes, check colour codes, fill, seal, stamp, batch numbers and exit tubes.

2.The80Aheating part adopts outer heating.using two electric heating controlled by four-channel temperature measuring and regulating meter.It is designed for aluminum-plastic laminated tubes(ABL)

3.The80Bheating part adopts inner heating mode by using LEISTER air-heater imported from Switzerland, which melt down plastic stuff by puffing hot air to the in walls of tubes from the back ends leading to high-quality sealing when stamping odontogram and batch numbers afterwards.It is designed for aluminum-plastic laminated tubes(ABL) and plastic tube(PBL) both.

4.The80Gheating part adopts fold mode.It is designed for aluminum tubes.

5.The station rotation adopts precise cam indexing mechanism for precise and smooth positioning.

6.The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.

7.Airproof hopper charger and auto hopper are available to be equipped.
