Application:

SDW series mesh belt tunnel freezer adopts advanced wind flow method to make sure that food can be frozen quickly and homogeneously. It suits for freezing prepared food, flour food, meat, fruits and vegetables.

Feature:

1.Mesh belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel wire with long-range elasticity; the surface is flat; Strong bearing; the working speed of mesh belt can be adjusted by converter made by FUJI.
2.SDW series mesh belt tunnel freezer adopts advanced wind flow method to make sure that food can be frozen quickly and homogeneously.
3.Foamed PU sandwich panels coated by SUS304 stainless steel sheet both sides; density will be 42kg/m3; linked by eccentric hook; the maintenance door equips with low-voltage heating device to prevent the door from being frozen.
4.Professional craft: the frame structure are all made of SUS304 stainless steel; the components between mesh belt and guiding rail are made of UHMW-PE; designed and manufactured according to the requirements of HACCP.
5.Efficient evaporator: both the fins and tubes are made of aluminum-alloy; different pitches.
