Introduction of sawdust briquette press machine

Sawdust briquette press machine is consisting of feeder, flat die mould and roller.The main

shaft is driven by power and the pressing roller rotates accordingly. It produces friction when the

material is put into the feeder that ring die mould and roller are rotating.The rotating ring die and

roller extrude the material into the holes and it produces high temperature in the process. Materials

Processing materials

All kinds of corn straw, straw, rice, wheat straw, wheat shell, a dearth, bean straw, cotton stalk,

medical slag, branches, leaves and wood chips, sawdust, hay, discarded bag, and all the things

that may be edible fungus suppression of the waste from the fuel. second hand tractor

Working principle of sawdust briquette press machine

Biomass material is fed to a press where it is squeezed through a die template that contains several

holes. The high pressure of the press causes the temperature of the biomass to increase greatly. As

the biomass is heated, the lignin (organic polymer found in the cell walls of plants) plastifies forming

a "natural glue" that holds the pellet together as it cools. second hand tractor
