Working Principle of Wood Pellet Hammer Mill

The hammer mill is made up of hammers fixed stably on the main shafts rotor and the mesh around the rotor.

This mill applies in the upper feeing part, when the materials enter into the crushing part, the materials will be crushed into powders by the high speed rotating of hammers. With the action of centrifugal force and air stream, the final powders will be discharged through the mesh from the bottom or cyclone. If the materials could not get through the mesh, the unqualified powders rebound into the crushing part to get crushing further, till the materials get the required size.
