1.The bearing housing and steel tube are assembled and welded with a concentric automatic, welding machine. 2.Cutting of the steel tube and bearing is performed with the use of a digital aute device/ machine/equipment 3.The bearing end is constructed to ensure that the roller shaft and bearing can be firmly connected. 4.Fabrication of the roller is effected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentrictiy. 5.Roller and supporting components/materials are manufactured to ISO/UNI/BS/JIS/DIN/AFNOR/FEM/ASTM/CEMA/EUROPE/AUS/ STANDARD

Roller shell		The tube is cut and machined using auto-matic numerically controlled machines,that guarantee and maintain the tolerances and t he precision of the square cut.
Bearing housing		The bearing housing is shaped through various stages of precision stamping(pressing,forging),to efficiently connect to the bearing cover part.It needs only to be assembled once,with the various sealed components, which increases the effectiveness of the seal whilst,at the same time,decreasing the impediments to the rollers.
Bearing		These are the parts which give virtually frictionless rotation to the tube body with respect to the fixed spindle.Precision bearing only are used.They are the radial ball race type of the series.The SKF/FAG/NSK/LYC bearings can be choosed for SPD idler rollers.
Shaft		This is t he component which sustains the roller when it is assembled into the troughing set supports.It is made from drawn steel cut and machine by automatic numerically controlled machines.

		A/Type A: This design is suitable for normal working environment. The distance between the sealed cover and the bearing has provided the bearing with a longer working life

		B/Type B: This is a labyrinth sealed design can effectively prevent penetration into the bearing of both dust and water. Spaces between sealed ring and bearing filled with grease,to protect the roller even in condition of thick dust.

		C/Type C: This design contains three layers of dust proof structure each fabricated with long lasting rubber seals which can effectively prevent penetration by dust and water.
