Description

1. The ball fiber machine is specialized in producing fiber ball from conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber.

2. The suitable material can be 3D, 7D and 15D and length can be 32mm, 51mm and 64mm.

3. Double pin balling rollers make the ball fiber more even, elastic and fluffy; the finished production is good shaped, flat and good elasticity, long life.

4. The whole line is controlled by PLC control system that the key parts are adopted from the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Omron and Schneider.

5. Adjustable ball fiber size;

6. It is assembled with a main balling machine and fiber distributor.

7. The fan is produced by aluminum material that the material can be transported far.

8. Simple operation skill required;
