Baghouse Pulse Jet Dust Collector

The bag of baghouse dust collector is made of heat-resisting material, it can bear 220°C high temperature. There are flexible clamps at the mouth of the bag, which matches with bag supporter, to make sure the bag is easy installation and reliable. The top cover of the bag room is easy open and convenient to check or change the bags. Air-pluse type cleaning devices are installed on the collector, and auto-control panel with auto-plulse timer are installed in the control box. The working principle is adopting solenoid valve to control the cylinder and the top door. And the exhaust fan form negative pressure and suction air to clean the bags orderly, the cleaning area is above 94% to insure the bag dust collector is in the best working condition and high efficient and continuous production capacity of the plant.

The dusts fall down and gather at the dust collector box and then discharged out of the bag dust collector by the screw conveyor. To make sure the bag work safely and reliable, temperature control system and transfinite ceasefire device are mounted to make sure the temperature of the smoke do not beyond the setting temperature(normally at 220°C, short time temperature resistance limit is 240°C). If there is an over-temperature phenomenon happened, the control system will cut off the fuel supply system and guarantee the life of the bag effectively. The temperature measuring system between the exhaust fan and the bag dust collector also can show the burning condition. When the smoke temperature is blow 80°C, the system will remind operator the temperature is bad of the bag
