OIL DESCRIPTION:

The basic function of gas engine oil includes the reduction of frication,lustration,cooling,pressurizing and anti-corrosion.

Excellent oxidation stability, alleviating the probability of lacquer film and accumulated carbon.

Fine lustration separating property.

Good performance of viscidity of high temperature, and high viscosity index.

Gas engine oil is easy to be aging and degenerating either due to the in leakage of water,coolant,fuel,

smoking ash, carbon matter, or the absorption of dust and metal scraps and the dissoluble and infusible oxidation of itself. Using this sort of oil may make piston ring felt, oil way jam, corrosion and sedimentation increase and the abrasion process aggravate. Therefore, gas engine oil must be treated in time to restore the performance of oil product, cut down the expense on oil purchasing and save oil resources.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

ZLY series oil regeneration system mainly treats and regenerates used engine oil and waster motor oil

from car, motor, truck, ship, mines, electrical power and so on.

It not only removes the impurities, water, and acid matter, organic and inorganic acid effectively, but also can remove carbon particulate matter and peroxides. In gas/diesel engine oil, bitumen and colloid and other sludge can be removed similarly.

After treatment by the machines, the color of the treated oil is recovered and the quality indexes are

improved too so as to resume the performance of gas/diesel engine oil, to keep the engine in good

lubricating conditions, to guarantee lubricating system of gas/diesel engine to work properly and to

prolong the service life of gas engine and oil, finally, to economize expense on oil purchasing and save oil resource.

APPLICATION:

Xinsilu ZLY series Waste Oil Recycling machine is particularly suitable to regenerate used

internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery lubrication oil and used cooking oil. ZLY series are able to effectively remove colloid, oxide, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used oil. Specially, ZLY can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.

5.As for the mixed gas which is pumped by vacuum pump, through some methods such as exhaust

treatment, rundle cooling, condensation, purification, filtration to reinforce the efficient output power of the machine, prolong the service life of vacuum pump largely. It not only protects the vacuum pump, but also makes the discharge gas clean and accord with environmental requirements.

6.This system adopts advanced indefinite oil temperature control device, which can set the top and

bottom oil temperature discretionarily to avoid frequent motions of beating AC contract and prolong the

service life of AC contract.

7.This plant is equipped with integrated protection devices. Through each executive component, it can

realize overall self-protection to the temperature, pressure, vacuum level, ultra-pressure etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

1.The waste oil enter into the Pre-filter to remove the big impurities, the precision of the filter can reach

to 50 micron, then the oil flow into the reactor and heat it;

2.when the oil temperature up to 120-140°C,start the motor and add some additive(Activity

White Clay and Water Glass), then mix with the waste oil(there is a blender in there actor) to change

the color of oil.

3.the gas and the water w ill be exhaust by the exhaust fan and condenser;

4.Finally, the oil which mixed with the chemical will flow into the filter tank. there are many strainers in

the filter tank, and the gap were be designed between two strainers.

5.After treating, the clean oil enter into the filter and flow into the outlet pipe(the oil color can reach up to

No.2 and the precision is less than 5-10 micron). At the same time , the residues and the chemicals

(no any acid) were saved in the gap, which can be took out after finishing treat the oil.

You can burn or bury these residues directly, without any poison. or you also can take them as fuel or bitumen to pave the road.

1.How ZLY can run continuously?

ZLY regenerate waste oil by batch Xinsilu design two main filtering systems in the ZLY which can

ensure that ZLY work continuously by turns.

2.How to dispose residues and by-products?

You can burn them or bury them directly, it's no any pollution. You also can use them as bitumen to

pave the way. Additionally, you can sell it to other factories as fuel.

3.What is regeneration rate?

It depends on compositions of waste oil which you want to treat. If there is lots of water, impurities or

other matters in waste oil, the regeneration rate is low. Generally, the regeneration rate is 70%-90%.

4.What is treated oil?

the color of the treated oil is yellow and the grade of treated oil is a bit lower than virgin oils.

5.What are recycled oils applications?

The recycled oil can be used as machinery lubrication oil, diesel engine oil or other lubrication oil.

Customers can add additives into the recycled oil according to definite applications before reuse. The

recycled oil can also be used as fuel.

For used cooking oil, you can use it to do industrial usage, such as biodiesel oil, soap and paint.

6.How long is lifetime of ZLY plant?

The lifetime can last several years under proper operation. Generally, the machine can be used for 6-8years.

7.How about the maintenance of ZLY?

The maintance is very simple. Replace lubrication oil for vacuum pump every year. Check the filters,

valves,gaskets periodically. We will dispatch Engineer go to your country to help you install and test

the machine, then he will teach you how to maintain it. if there is any problem under the normal

cooperation in the warranty period, we will go to maintain or replace it for free

8.Dose ZLY needs auxiliary equipments?

No, our machinery is automatic, include the reactors, filters and the smelling machinery (used for clean

the air of the oil).

9.How to install ZLY?

We will dispatch engineers go to your country to help you install and test the machine. We also provide

turnkey project for customers; we will establish a workshop for customers including auxiliary facilities.

10.How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time: 40days; Dimension of the machine: Length: 13.5meter; Width: 5.8meter; Length: 3.3meter.

The machine can be packed in one 20'C container and one 40'C container.

11.What kind of heating system is installed in ZLY?

There are two heating devices in our machinery, one is electricity, and another is boiler (steam water),

our standard device is electricity oil heater, so if you want to use boiler (steam water), you can buy and

install boiler by yourselves, or order it from us.

12.How long is warranty period?

Xinsilu warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and

workmanship under normal use service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or

twelve (12) months after the start up of the system.

Xisilu obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing without charge F.O.B point

of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within warranty

period.

Xinsilu shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.The

performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this

specification.
