Function:

This machine adopts time controlling the flowing theory, with vacuum apparatus for fixing liquid volume, and it is

suitable for filling liquid, foam and low viscosity liquid specially. It widely used in daily chemical, washing, medicine

and beverage industry for low viscosity liquid.

The machine combined with ray, mechanic, electricity and pneumatic, design reasonable, compact concise

appearance, operation stable, bottle feeding, bottle positioning, bottle filling and bottle delivering are done

automatically. Adopt the liner way for bottles delivering, gravity flow filling, PLC logic controller, equipped with

various sensors and cylinders for the purpose of automatically controlling, filling when detecting bottles, no filling

without detecting bottles, filling without foam, no drop leak. Adopt the most advanced Touch human machine

interface operation. It’s easy to replace the containers or adjusting the filling volume, no change the components.

This machine can be designed not to control the filling amount by time or flow meter, but using the Vacuum

circumfluence device for ensuring the same height of the liquid level. This designing can eliminate errors of

different height of liquid level caused by the container precision error.
