Features

1. Adjustable separating speed: 500mm/s or 300mm/s

2. Minimum Cutting length:430mm(YS805A), Maximun cutting length:1300mm(YS-805D)

3. Upper circular blade can be adjustable 0-2mm.

4. Operation platform is adjustable 0-50mm.

5. Cutting thickness: 1.0-3.2mm, V-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm

6. The machine cut PCB boards without damaging electronic components. And it can improve efficiency.

7. With blade moving, it can reduce pressure on board to avoid solder joint crack and parts fracture.

8. Upper circular blade cuts against lower linear blade to separate PCB board, smooth and clear cuts.

9. Set fixed start and end point for blade moving according to the length of PCB.

10. According to the width of PCB, the back baffle can be adjustable from 0 to 150mm.

11. The upper circular blade can be adjustable from 0 to 2mm to cut different thickness of PCB and V-CUT.

12. The blades are sharp and indurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.

Principle

Fix cutting beginning and ending point, upper circular blade moves and cut against the lower linear blade to seprate the board into several units. There is no stress to board, so no damage to boards and electornic components.
