Technical characteristics of automatic brick setting machine:

This automatic stacking machine has automatic adobe clamping,adobe converying and adobe placing function,adopts frequency conversion motor,can make malposed placing of adobe on steam-cured trolley under computer control,make systematic control of adobe height and placment for each layer which controlled by computer through signal from coder,overcoming defect of disturbance to other height measuring device.

With different clamps and tongs,it can stack standard brick,blind-hole brick,hollow brick and road brick of different specifications automatically,accurately and stably,by reducing manual operation and saving much more labor costs,it could make adobe rate highly increased,thus we can ensure customers more than 98% quality rate of the end products.
