Ⅰ.Overview

DGL5251GLS asphalt distributor was specially designed to spray rubber asphalt which has the characteristics of easy precipitation, separation, higher spraying temperature, larger spraying quantity and viscosity.

Ⅱ.Product features

a) Can spray various kinds of asphalt: rubber asphalt, high-viscosity modified asphalt, hot asphalt, emulsion asphalt and others;

b) Spraying rate: 0.5-5 (kg/m²); can meet the demands of various spraying projects;

c) The spraying width can be adjusted. Each spray nozzle can be individually controlled and freely combined based on the actual requirement of spraying width. The max spraying width is up to 6m;

d) The asphalt is sprayed evenly. The unique design of spray nozzles can do triple-overlapping spray;

e) The spraying is controlled by the computer during the whole process. Spraying quantity is not affected by truck speed change with high spraying precision;

f) The low speed, large displacement asphalt pump is chosen which can spray the rubber asphalt whose viscosity is up to 3Pa.s;

g) Equipped with two sets of powerful agitating devices in the tank which can fully agitate asphalt and prevent rubber asphalt from precipitation and segregation.

h) Equipped with two diesel Burner heating system and having excellent insulation properties.

i) Safe and reliable automatic thermal oil heating system;

j) The asphalt pump, pipelines and spray bar were equipped with heat-conducting oil jacket heating system to ensure not clogged. It is not necessary to clean the pump, piplelines and spray bar and nozzles with diesel oil;

k) Control system is modular design which is easy to maintain and troubleshoot.

l) Both the control system and the drive set are equipped with the back-up system to ensure to continue spray when the main control system fails;

m) Various spraying operations can be operated in the cab;

n) Equipped with a flexible hand-held spray gun for spraying at the corner site and some special areas;

o) Excellent insulation properties with the average temperature drop less than 1°C/h;

p) Convenient loading function, besides pouring asphalt from the opening of the tank, the hot asphalt can be pumped in and out, as well as pumping external asphalt for transportation.
