Sterilization & Depyrogenating Tunnel

PLC controlled and equipped with touch screen colour graphics display for easy operator access to control screens and statistics, data storage and retrieval. Data management system is 21 CFR part II compliant. Ampoules are transported through a stainless steel wire conveyor entry from automatic washing machines (non-sterile) to the outlet filing line (sterile area)

Dry Heat Sterilizer

Sterilizer inner walls made from AISI SS 316 and outer walls made from AISI SS 304

Doors provided on both sides, one opening is in non-sterile area and second opening in sterile area

‘A’ grade mineral wool insulation to optimize heat effectiveness and stop heat loses

Dynamically balanced fan provided for hot air circulation to achieve uniform temperature
