This machine is mainly used to fill the material into metal tube with fixed quantity and sealing the tube. It is widely used for the packing of pharmaceutics industries, cosmetic, foods, and chemical.

For example: hair dye , skin cream, hair dye, shoeshine, toothpaste and others liquid and poultice materials. Also can suit for super glue, gooey, AB glue, super glue, epoxy adhesive.

Working process:

Manually put the metal tube (max: 16 tubes) into the tube-holding base. With the help of automatic mechanical transmission shifted. Automatic detection and confirm the tube base have tube and then automatic filling. The final step is execute the sealing with three-fold or four-fold.
