3) After mixing the detergent chemicals Plodder Machine compresses the detergent paste & extrudes it in the form of bar of designed die shape & section, which is than divided into cakes as per desired length.

4) Feeding of the detergent paste has to be continuous through the hopper to the press worm.

5) Press worm strongly compresses and forwards the detergent paste into the conical forepart, finally it leaves the die.

6) The orifice of the die is designed as per the required shape of the Detergent Cake by the customer.

7) Double bars are extruded at the same time.
