1. Material:

Wear-resisting, heat-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy steel. ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2, 1Cr18Ni9; ZGCr25Ni35Nb; ZGCr28Ni48W5 or at customers request. (HK40, HT, HU, HH, 22H, 304, 316, Super 22H, HP-Nb, More1, More2, 1.4848, 1.4855, 1.4852, 2.4879)

2. Process:

Rolls are made by centrifugal casting and will be machined subsequently. Shafts will be forged, welded and machined according to relevant drawings.

3. Specification:

OD56 to OD2000mm or according to drawing and requirement.

4. Other products:

Deflector/steering rolls -OD800 mm, Deflector rolls OD1200 mm, Entry seal rolls OD200 mm, Guide rolls furnace OD200 mm, OD250 mm; Bridle roll-OD800mm
