API Drill Collar-Petroleum Drilling Tools

♦ The Petroleum drilling tools of Zhongzhong's mainly include Drill collars, Spiral drill collars, Non magnetic drill collars, Short drill collars, Drill tool stabilizers, Non magnetic drill tool stabilizers, Integral heavy weight drill pipes, etc.

♦ The details of Drill collar as follows,

1. Material: AISI 4145H Alloy steel, Non magnetic steel, etc.

2. Shape: It is the round pipe with smooth surface and thick wall, and the both ends are machined screw thread for connection.

3. Use: It is mainly used between the drill head and the drill pipe, so that it can make the drill head work reposefully and keep right trace by providing the pressure and weight for drill head.

4. Standard: API Spec 7-1 or SY/T5144 Standard.

5.Deep-hole drilling and heat treated: The drill collar we supplied strictly meet with API 7-1. Fully heat-treatment is conducted to guarantee that the mechanical properties of the drill collar can meet the requirements of API 7-1.

6.Traceability:When producing,traceability are maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products,and serial numbers are die-stamped on each workpiece body.

7. Inspection&Test: These inspections are according to API standard,and include surface size detection,UT and magnaflux inspection.
