1 Introduction

Ampoule printing and Packaging machine has been self-designed and produced by this company integrates various working procedures such as traditional ampoule printing, packing, labeling (logo) etc. and automatically finishes them too. It obviously enhances the work efficiency and quality. It becomes an ideal equipment for injection ampoule printing and packaging in the dometic medical industry. It conforms with GMP and CGMP requirements. The material of the machines are #304 stainless steel and some are carbon steel (stand). Electrical control units are made in China. Each specification are all meet the Standard requirements.

2 Product advantages

2.1 Flow-operation to various work procedures: Ampoule paper carton adopts manual opening (bottom open type). It is combined by 25 cartons. It will automatically open and deliver them one by one. It is applicable for various dry, wet, error size boxes. The pallet will be added with ampoule. It automatically prints each one before they fall down by themselves. It gets the clear printing without shadow. It is delivered carton by carton. It gets automatically starched, labeled, tapped with lot number.

2.2 Printing and packing can be completed in one machine. It is equipped with box opener, printing machine, labeling machine etc. according to printing and packaging techniques. It has altogether seven work procedures from printing, cartooning to binding. It automatically finishes all the procedures in one machine with the reasonable structure and stable properties.

2.3 Electro-mechanical integration with easy operation. The upper and lower work procedures will be conveyed by conveyor belt with low labor intensity and high work efficiency. It is of electro-mechanical integration, sensitive operation and adjustment, convenient repair. (This product has been listed to “New Chinese Pharmaceutical machinery Products”)
