4. The Performance and trait of the equipment

1).Crystallizing wheel is in type of “H”, on every side of which there is an adjustable nozzle spraying water to ensure the crystal of the cast bar close and equal.

2).The pneumatic system is used for tightening steel belt, easy for adjusting.

3).To adopt a horizontal casting way which is prevailing at home makes sure that aluminum alloy liquid is not resulted in a turbulent flow and the quality of products are not lowered.

4).Equipping with the oil hydraulic shearer with a Max. shearing force of 14000kg completely meets the requirement of producing craft.

5).The continuous rolling machine has a function of automatic feeding and rods stacking stop.

6).The production line is provided with the function of continuous quenching and fast cooling.

7).To clean off the moisture on the surface of the aluminum rod, a blower is fixed at the end of the guiding pipe.
