PET resin drying is the first step to have good quality bottles. Moisture must be taken out before injection. We always recommend to use dehumidifier which recycles heat to use energy wisely and to get PET dew point to -40°C or blow so that PET exhibits its optimum nature.

All in One Compact Dehumidifier Dryer

1.The compact designed 3 in 1 dehumidifying dryer ensures the material are dried in the close-loop system, prevent external air contact and perform well drying effect.

2. Microprocessor P.I.D control with overheating protection, motor overload, phase reversal and timer delay cooling protection.

3. PLC touch screen control are available (optional) display operational condition, trouble shooting and maintenance instruction.

4. -40 degree C Due-point ensures material completely dried.

5. Drying air of which the dew point is under-40 centigrade can take away the humidity in the material and reduce the humidity to 0.02%.

6. Bottom air flow release designed to prevent heat loss and increased drying efficiency.
