Introduction:

Machine structure

The drying system is with airflow dryer, blower, cyclone, airlock and stove. It can dry the wood sawdust, agri-stalk powder and other light materials.

Capacity

The different moisture of raw materials choose the different dryer model. The dryer can be formed by four tubes or six tubes, the size of tube is also different, we can design the suitable dryer according to your need.

The max moisture to air-flow dryer is 50%; the moisture after drying is 13% more or less; the output capacity can reach to 1 ton at most.

Heat source

You can burn the wood chips, wood pellets or coal as the fuel in the stove generally; if you want to use the diesel or gas as the fuel, the stove need to be designed specially.
