It takes PANASONIC, FRASCOLD and MANEUROP fully-closed refrigerating compressors, which are of stable running, low noise, reliable performance, power-saving and long service life.

Heat exchanger and condensor adopt high quality&efficiency threaded pipe, which is of high heat exchange coefficient and compact structure because of its small volume.

Refrigerating control element takes the most advanced DANROSS and ALCO brands, which are of excellent performance such as the throttling&pressure reducing funtions of thermal expansion valve, the energy-adjusting function of heat-gas bypassing valve and the high-pressure protection function of refrigerant.

Gas-liquid separator is a combination of cyclone separation and stainless steel wire mesh fog-capture, which avoids second moisture evaporation so as to guarantee the drying effect of refrigerated dryer. It is better than cyclone separator and of higher cost-performance ratio than filtration separator for its low running cost. In addition, its reasonable structure and box-type profile are aesthetically elegant and convenient for maintenance.

How to choose the right refrigerated dryer?
There are five factors to be considered for choosing refrigerated dryer: actual capacity, pressure, inlet temperature, ambient temperature and required pressure dewpoint of compressed air. The formula for calculating the processing capacity of dryer is: Q=Q1×M1×M2. Q indicates the processing capacity of a dryer, Q1 is the actual consumption, M1 and M2 refer to the tables below. For example: inlet pressure of dryer is 0.7Mpa, inlet temperature60°C, ambient temperature40°C, actual capacity of compressed air Q1=10m3/min and the required dewpoint is2°C, By checking tables below, M1=0.80, M2=1.22 so Q=9.76 and accordingly, RD-100 is the best choice.
