Features:

nonmetal version of traditional European medium steel
bucket

Material:HDPE/NYLON/PU

HDPE bucket:Low cost, suitable for handling grains, foodstuffs, and other products without burrs and bulk density
less than 1g/cm3. Materials over 80°C is not suggested.
Nylon bucket:suitable for handling highly abrasive products. Extremely strong. They’re unsurpassed in rough or
severe service elevators. Materials over 120°C is not suggested.
PU bucket:suitable for handling extremely abrasive material. They’re excellent for extremely high throughput
elevators.

Technical Information:

1. Suitable for high-speed centrifugal discharge.
2. Recommended minimum bucket spacing: width of the bucket projection "B"+25mm, which can be appropriately
reduced according to elevator capacity requirement.
3. Recommended elevator velocity <=3.0m/s
4. Recommend using”Z-Y+10%” as usable capacity for engineering purpose.
5. For that easy to form lump or masses, suggest install one steel bucket every ten plastic buckets. That steel bucket
A & B dimension is more than plastic ones in order to loosen material and reduce abrasion and damage. Consult for steel bucket.
