This machine has three functions, filling liquid, valve putting, valve capping on one machine. Also may according to the customer request to capping outside lid. No bottle, no filling. This machine is simple operation, saving merits of human, not consumption field, etc. It can be equipped with a protecting cover and a checking-drop installation according to client’s requirement.

Suitable filling material

This machine adopts piston pump, which is suitable for all kind materials, with high filling speed and high filling precision.

For filling corrosive, the position pump will be made by silicon rubber, Teflon, ceramics and other corrosion resistance materials.

Main component:

All use word-class famous brand.

Contacted part with the shampoo is Stainless steel 316L, other parts is stainless steel 304.

Controlling system

The machine adopts full-auto PLC and human-computer touch screen control system. For different volumes adjustment, we set several procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3``` Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily.

Different volume adjustment

The position pump is 1L. By adjusting the piston pump, it also can fill other300ml-1000ml and others.

Bottle position correct device

To ensure the bottles and filling nozzles are in the correct position, we add a special bottles position device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.

Cleaning

The pump uses quick-fit removal Structure: easy cleaning and disinfection.
