1.Al-Mg-Si/Al-Mn Alloy Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Line mainly to produce Al-Mg-Si alloy rod with a dia. 9.5mm which are used as electrical conductor fo high intensity, and Al-Mn rod with a dia. of 9.5mm. These rods produced conform to the items of IEC, ASTM and GB, and have the competitive with the relative international products. The changed production line can be used to jproduce alloy rod which used to produce rivets, welding rods and alloy rods with high intensity, high heat-resistant, high corrosion resistance and low creepage.

2.Induction heater meets the temperature requirement of the cast bar for rolling process. With the function of temperature rising, it can do heating and adjusting automatically.

3.Crystallizing wheel is in type of "H", on every side of which there is an adjusting nozzle spraying water to ensure the cast bar close and well distributed. The continuous rolling machine has a function of automatic feeding and rods stacking stop.

4.The production line is provided with the function of continuous quenching and gast cooling. The water pipeline makes a closed system by themselves with cooler, filter and indicator for main pipe pressing and temperature.

5.The transmission system is in type of DC motor fully-digital speed adjusting .By adopting PLC and touch screen for the complete line control, it can display the different kinds of temperatures, such as temperature of the cast bar, the beginning of rolling, final rolling emulsion, oil and water for quenching. Also it can check and display the parameter of machine as well as indicate the break-down.
