The development purpose of this mill train is to mainly be for middle and small enterprise to produce cold rolled strip. it has the characteristics such as less investment,small floor area,flexible production category management,good product plate shap and thickness difference,multi-category;equipment running stable;operation conveniet;operation ratio high.

called as UCM mill,which means: intermediate roll can shift transversely along axial with bending system,this transverse shifting can adapt to different plate width to eliminate harmful force acted on rolling roll,and improve geometric shape at the plate edge,and added with intermediate roll positive bending and work roll positive and negative bending,which enlarge scope of finishing product to adapt tof plate shapes with various different states.the rolling mill adopts hydraulic screwing up to adjust gap of rolls,the thickness gauge meters is installed before and behind stand to cooperate with hydraulic AGC for implement closed loop automatic control,at same time, the plate shape meter are installed before and behind mill to implement plate shape automatic control, subsection cooling, oil-air lubrication to guarantee obtain good quality of product.
apart from this,UCM rolling mill has big screwdown function to suitable for rolling thin sheet and more hardness plate and also due to roll with full cylinder shape,it has advantage of management conveniet and less spare parts.
