The LWCSD500 is equipped with state-of-the-art technology: -a single diesel engine providing efficient power supply for all consumers like dredge pump, hydraulic and electric installation-a three-bladed dredge pump which combines a large ball passage with good suction performance and high efficiency-environmentally friendly solutions like LED lighting-improved maintenance properties by application of so called “white iron” wear parts for the dredge pump, non-ferro sheaves for longer wire life, and diagnostic pages in the control system for easy fault finding-special attention for ergonomic controls and industrial design-safe operations through PLC controls with interlocks-the engine and the control cabin are placed on dampers for improved comfort and reduced noise The Lingwei® Dredger® is well known for its robust construction, reliable operation and excellent performance. To date, Lingwei Machinery has supplied more than 100 of these standardised cutter suction dredgers worldwide. The Lingwei dredger can be dismounted to be transported via road, rail or sea. The Lingwei dredger are built for delivery from stock and every Lingwei dredger is completely tested before delivery. A wide range of optional equipment is available as well as matching auxiliary equipment such as workboats and pipelines.
