The products are of a great variety including 800—20000m³/hlarge scale dredging and sand mining equipments.With an area of more than two hundred acres, Haiyang owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

The dredger we produce isself-propelled or non self-propelled,portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and lighting of the whole dredger.

Skilled workers & ex-work testing

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the

high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make

sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training

your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or

moving from one working site to another.

11.Pontoon and spares

Pipelines and floaters.

Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or

themselves. If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer

made by suppliers. In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving.

Hydraulic system

The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic

system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. Lateral

traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

testing and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations

at their own cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
