3Axis Servo Driven Robot for Injection Machine

Applicable on clamping force of 500Tons to 3000 Tons plastic injection molding machine

1.A steel frame structure is configured as sidling parts. Besides, high-quality linear guide, transmission by means of high-quality synchronous belt and drive by meas of AC servomotor are applied to the robot, thus fulfilling great rigidity, high speed, and accurate positioning and control.

2.A single beam structure is configured for the crosswise parts. Its principal body is comprised of high-quality profiled aluminum alloy beam and high-quality linear guide, transmitted by high-grade racks and pinions and driven by AC SERVOMOTOR. Therefore, it meets related requirements in terms of light weight, great rigidity, high speed and accurate positioning.

3.Both main arm and auxiliary arm have a two-stage multi-speed mechanism. The principal body is comprised of high-quality profiled aluminum alloy beam, linear guide, driven by cylinder and designed with special gas circuits. Therefore, it realizes lower speed outside the mold and high speed inside the mold.
