Introduction

This pyrolysis equipment can be divided into 8 models according to the size of the Reactor which is the main part of the whole equipment. Using the Q245R or Q345R boiler plate as raw material, the steel plate thickness is 14.35mm or 16.45mm which measures up the international standard of the boiler plate, and can be used for a long time, at least 6 years and you will also get a lifelong maintenance. We have certification of ISO 9001, ISO14000, CE. So this not only solves the pollution problem, but also can make much economic benefits. 2). PET: (transparent beverage bottle, suggest not to use)

3). PVC: (water pipe) oil yield is about 40%

4). PP: (disposable cup,try not to use)

Waste rubber:

5). Waste tyre: #650 steel wire tyre: 42-45%, #900 steel wire tyre: 45-48%, #1100-1200 steel wire tyre: 48%-50%,

6).Waste sole: 35-40%

6. Final products

Take tyre as an example:

1) Final products: 45% tyre oil, 35% carbon black, 12-15% steel wire, 5-8% waste gas.

2) Tyre oil was also called fuel oil, can sell it directly or use refining equipment processing

3) Carbon can be sold directly or further refining process

4) Waste gas was recycled by our waste gas recycle burning system
