The main components of a belt conveyor(see below)

The main components of a belt conveyor are head part,body part, ending part,conveying belt.
1.The head part includes actuating device, belt,and the structural frame. The actuating device drives the conveyor working via motorized pulley.
2.The body part of the belt conveyor include: carling, upper carrier rollers, lower carrier rollers, and rollers supports. The angle of slotted section between the upper belt and articulated roller is 20°-30°, the lower part of belt conveyor is supported by the the lower carrier roller. The structure of lower carrier roller is same as the upper ones.
3.The ending part of the belt conveyor is a end leading and loading point, which includes the ending supports, motorized pulley,articulated roller,lower carrier roller,tension device. The axis line of the pulley can adjusting the conveying route. The tension device is at the end of the belt conveyor, which will effect a initial tensile force on the belt and ensure the conveyor normal working.
