Features:

YPMA plants are applicable for various small and middle feed mills, poultry and livestock farms, aquaculture farms for producing poultry and livestock feed and common fish feed with annual capacity of 500-15000kgs per hour. The plants can produce both pellets and mash feed. The plant integrates all the equipments required in processes of grinding, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, screening, lifting and conveying, electric control etc. The complete equipment is installed on the steel structure. The centralized control on analogue panel is adopted. All equipments can be interlocked for control and safety alarm device is available. The operation is simple and convenient.

An advanced and semi-automatic feed mill can be built quickly with less floor space. It has features of easy installation, convenient operation and centralized control. There are many technological process flows that can be selected by the users. It is ideal complete equipment thanks to its low investment and quick returns.

1. Gearbox: with pinion shaft, main gear, main shaft, quill shaft, gearbox body, manual lubrication system and overload protection system.

2. Coupling assembly: with hub-taper lock bores, bushing-taper locks, S-shaped grid cover etc.

3. One set of roller assembly---two roller system.

4. Ring die special design for low bulk density pelleting.

5. Door made with one knife assembly.

6. Feed chute: External discharging can be carried out by pulling out the external discharging lever arm of feed chute to prevent feed from entering the pellet chamber for the convenience of trial run and breakdown removal.
