Application of Three cylinder dryer :

Three cylinder dryer Mainly used in drying Slag, Sand, Coal, Iron Powder, Ore, Quartz Sand, Clay and so on.

Working priciple of Three cylinder dryer :

In the input system, there are fan and burner devices. In the discharge system, there are discharge device and dust collector and other devices which will be designed according to the customer's requirement.

The material first go into the inside drum, because there are the spiral shape boards fixed in the drum, when the dryer make rotary working, the spiral shape board will stir the material and make the material do longitudinal movement, when the material reach the right side of the drum, under gravity effect, the material go into the second drum, because of director plate device, the material go into the second drum ,and the same work principle ,the material go into outside drum, in the drying working process, the material make three times drying, so the material can be dried completely.

The advantage of Three cylinder dryer :
