Flake ice machine Application:

1.Poultry: Huge amout of heat will be generated in food processing, flake ice can effectively cool the meat and water, also supply moisture for the products at the meantime.

2.Concrete Cooling--FlFlake ice is used as the direct source of water in concrete cooling process,more than 80% in weight. It is a perfect media of temperature controllng. Concrete will not crack if it is been mixed and poured in constant and low temperature. Flake ice is widely used in the large projects suce as high standard express way, bridge, hydro- plant.

Evaporator features:

1.Evaporator inner wall: It is made of high thermal conductivity cold rolled sheet or stainless steel 316 material resistant to salt water corrosion, and it also passes abrasive machining and acoustic detection to ensure the wall thickness well-distributed.

2.Ice blade: made of SUS304 material seamless steel tube and formed through only one time process. It's durable.

3.Spindle and other accessories: made of SUS304 material through precision machining, and conform to(/meet/is up to) food hygiene standards.

Tips: The material of evaporator wall and up and down pedestal is available (304&316).
