The magnetic field of ZCTS (N.B) series of permanent magnet drum magnetic separatorhas two types :

One : dryer magnetic separator , wet magnetic roller separator , wet magnetic separator is commonly used in the iron ore (iron ore separator equpment ) and equipment (manganese ore separator ) ,

is the mainstream of the strong mangetic processing equipments.

Two : Dry magnetic separator , the dry separation machine has five advantages :

1.concentrating instead of water, because the company dry magnetic separation machine can work without water .

2.Good separation effect , because the machine adopt the dynamic magnetic system design.

Category of Magnetic Separator / Magnetic Concentrator

It can separate minerals into magnetic matters and nonmagnetic matters, and can match three types of troughs:

1.Semi-counter flow trough: Fit for wet roughing and fine separation of strongly magnetic mineral with the granularity of 0.5~0mm, especially fine separation of mineral with the granularity of 0.15~0mm.

2.Counter-flow trough: Fit for wet roughing and fine separation of strongly magnetic mineral with the granularity of 0.6~0mm, especially heavy medium recovery of coal washery.

3.Fair flow trough: Roughing and fine separation of mineral with the granularity of 6~0mm.
Semi-counter flow trough, fair flow trough and counter-flow trough can be connected in series to improve the concentrate grade
