Working principle of Stone crusher machine (Impact crusher):

The Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush materials.

♦When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate with high speed. When the materials enter the zone of the board hammer (blow bar), the materials are thrown to the impact device under the impact effect of the hammer on the rotor at a high speed. Then the materials will be rebounded from the impact liner to the zone of board hammer (blow bar) for being recrushed, and discharged from the discharge opening.

♦Users can adjust the space between impact rack and rotor to get expected size and shape.
