Product Introduction

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is used for supply the materials from storage silos or other storage device uniformly or quantitatively to the receiving equipment, which is the necessary equipment for the automated assembly line; two kinds of open-and closed types are available. The production of motor vibrating feeder, hopper and conveyor can be produced on request.

Application
It is a kind of new feeding equipment, which has been widely used in the cement, mining, metallurgy, coal, chemicals, ceramics, food, electricity and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is suitable for transporting the bulk and powder materials from silos or funnel in continuous uniform or quantitatively to the receiving device and to match the electronic scales and computer ancillary equipment so as to achieve the most ideal equipment for production automation. It can also work alone with the stable feeding, and no special personnel is needed for watching and it is the ideal equipment to match a variety of vibrating screen as the vibration source.

Working Principle
The current of electromagnetic exciter coil passes the single-phase of the half-wave rectifier, when the coil is turned on and the in the current passes through positive half-cycle, the armature and the core will produce a pulse of electromagnetic force that is mutually attracted; when the tank moves backward, the deformation of the main spring of exciter stored a certain potential energy; and there is no current flows through the coil in the negative half cycle, then the electromagnetic force disappears, and the main spring releases energy to make the armature and the core move forward in the opposite direction of the tank; hence the electromagnetic vibrating enables the feeder the frequency of the AC power with the reciprocating vibration of 3,000 times per minute. Since a certain angle exists in the tank bottom line of action and the exciting force plane, the material in the slot moves forward along the parabolic trajectory continuously. By adjusting the level of the rectified voltage, the feeding amount of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be controlled. The feeder is powered by SCR (silicon controlled rectifier). By changing the SCR conduction angle, the output voltage level can be changed. According to the conditions of use, the different signals can be used to control the size of conduction angle so as to achieve the quantitative automatic feeding purposes.
