Working principle of high capacity stone jaw crusher:

Motors are designed to drive belt and belt pulley on the machine, the eccentric shaft will drive the movable jaw to move up and down, when the movable jaw down to decrease the angel with the fixed jaw, the materials are crushed to the crushing purpose; when the movable jaw rises to enlarge the angel with the fixed jaw, the movable jaw will leave the fixed jaw with effect of tie bar and spring, when the crushed materials will discharge out of the crushed chamber.
