1 stone crushing plant Working Principle:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products such as stone after crushing will be discharged from the outlet.

2.stonecrushing plantMain composition
Crushed stone production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. We usually choose impact crusher for its good final products when the material is not very hard. But cone crusher is the best choice when material is harder. The final products of cone crusher are not as good as that of impact crusher, so we can equip a VSI sand making machine to plastic material if there is a higher demand about material.

Stone Crushing plant description

500mm size stones are transferred to (PE750x1060) primary Jaw crusher through GZD1260 vibrating motor feeder from hopper for first crushing, and then the crushed materials are transferred to (PEX300x1300) fine jaw crusher through (DT800X15m) belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the (3YZ1860) Vibrating Screen through (DT800X20m) belt conveyor, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred to the (PEX300x1300) fine jaw crusher for re-crushing through (DT500x20m) belt conveyor. These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements, Output sizes: 0-5mm,5-10mm,10-30mm.
