SL-6F is the full computer non-roll single cylinder quilted stockings machine. It can knit more variety of designs and colors socks, such as tabby, rib, three-dimensional mesh, collective circle, pile loop, half pile loop, partial pile loop, pile loop with jacquard, elastic jacquard with Y heel, multilayered rib collar, additional thick in sole, and dissymmetric design socks, and so on.

Performance Characteristics:
1. Research and develop the advanced computer control box, all functions are controlled by vacuum tube, stepping motor and servo motor, with complete function and simple and convenient operation
2. One essential color includes 8 yarn paths, 5 assistant colors, each of them includes 3 yarn paths, the shuttle in the same loop and same yarn can do up and down action at about 20 needle distances.
3. The elastic device can set different yarn feeding speed, to adapt different elastic banb`s request.
4. With the highest level reciprocation to improve the production benefit during knitting sock head and sock heel.
5. Use stepping motor to control, which may adjust the yarn`s tensile force and position.
6. Use automatic oiling system.
7. It can knit dimensional socks, can knit the heel willingly.
8. Use double needle method, small turning around extension, high speed, and high efficiency.
9. Directly on the computer and control board adjust all-step knitting density, speed, circling speed, turnout, flower model and chain strip etc.
