Energy saving ball mill's working principle:
Energy saving ball mill is a horizontal rotating device,through the feeding device,the materials enter into the first hopper uniformly in the mill by the feeding material hollow shaft, The hopper has ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel balls inside, which will fall under the effect of centrifugal force by barrel turning,after bring to a certain height, thumping and grinding materials.After coarse grinding in the first hopper, through monolayer partition panel, the material will enter into the second hopper,which has plane scale board with steel ball inside, to grind material further. The powder material will be discharged from the grid plate to finish grinding operation.
Energy saving ball mill's installation program:
Energy saving ball mill should be installed in the solid concrete basis. Ball mill's foundation design and construction consult ball mill assembly diagram and foundation drawing. In order to guarantee during using process,the positional accuracy of ball mill's parts don't change greatly,ball mill's foundation should use whole block type structure. Concrete foundation pressure strength can be more than 75% to install ball mill. Before installing, inspecte the basic quality,requiring concrete don't have defects affecting strength,reserve hole's quantity and position accords with the requirements, reserve hole don't have sundry and water, no pollution. Adopt the "ground method" for installation work, based on the surface should be embedded in "the center mark plate". Before installation,draw all the center line on the basis and in the "center scale board" made marked impact point mark as centerline standard during installation.Before lifting,check and accept the ball mill's parts totally,if find problems,dispose in timely.

Energy saving ball mill's structure:
The machine iscomposed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part(reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
