DZL Serise Coal Fired Steam Boiler

This series coal fired steam boiler is single drum three-return water tube and fire tube steam boiler. The coal fired steam boiler uses the vaulted tube plate, spiral gas tube to make the thermal efficiency higher and output capacity sufficient.

1. Features of Coal Fired Steam Boiler

1. The output capacity is sufficient and continuous:

Because of adopting the high efficiency heat transmits spiral gas tube, so the real output capacity of boiler is 10%-15% higher than rated. And either output capacity or thermal efficiency will not low down after running for a while.

2. Small size, less investment:

The height of the coal fired steam boiler is less than other coal fired horizontal steam boiler which has the same capacity. So steam boiler room will spend much less money.

3. No special protection when power off:

The hot water is mixed cycle and the water capacity is large, so the special protection is no need for damage caused by vaporization when power off.

4. The efficiency of the steam boiler is higher:

The spiral gas tube is placed inside of boiler, so there will be no cool air entre. The working rate of this boiler is highest of all.

5. Heating fast:

There many spiral gas tubes in the boiler and almost half of the coal fired steam boiler shell can be heated, so the temperature can up soon.

6. Safe and reliable:

The special structure and materials make the coal fired steam boiler being with high safety.

7. Primordial dust emissions density is low:

The volume of the coal-fired steam boiler is large and there is a dust separation device, so the primordial dust emissions density will be controlled much lower than the standard allowed.

8. Easy to install:

The installation charge is little and the installation time is short.

2). The boiler is composed of 2 main parts: the upper body which is for heat exchange, and lower body for fuel combustion.

3). Boiler parts are assembled according to the international standards as customers requirements, including GB, ASME, EN, IBR and so on. Safety is the most concerned issue for our customers.
