Flotation machine

SF Type Flotation Machine is a new flotation device with dual functions of pulp suction and flotation.

New structure of impeller is employed in model SF ,which is backwards inclined double impeller equipped with honeycomb duct and dummy bottom. Therefore, the slurry in the tank will cycle upward and downward in a fixed flow manner, which is helpful to the suspension of those coarse particles. Air and slurry are naturally sucked without foam pump.

1.Large air suction amount and little energy consumption;

2.With the capacities of auto air suction and auto pulp suction; horizontal configuration; requiring no foam pump;

3.Low peripheral speed of impellers; long service life of easily wore parts; large gap between impellers and covers; increased gap between impellers and covers due to abrasion has little effect to the air suction amount;

4. Pulp within the trough carries out upwards and downwards circulation according to fixed direction flow, which is beneficial for the suspension of fine and raw mineral.
