1 Characteristics:

The tyre shredder is featured in compact structure, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, bi-parting structure of crushing chamber, convenient maintenance and repair; its cutter is made of cemented carbide through the bead welding technology, with high rigidity, high wearability, and can be used repeatedly, so the cutter has a long service life. This tyre shredder can be used to crush the tyre without removing the steel wire of inner ring with size less than 1mm.

The tyre shredder discharges materials by belt conveyor horizontally from the bottom.
